Multi-faceted…one of the many words to describe Jake. He’s pretty quiet and easygoing but there are so many sides to him. The most public ones are his outstanding athletic achievements, especially as a basketball player. But as Jake says…he is just like everyone else. Jake also has a strong Christian faith which he chose to highlight with some of his outfits. In addition to all of this, he excels in academics too.

Jake describes himself as compassionate, competitive and motivated. His passions/interests include sports, especially basketball. He enjoys being outdoors and with friends. Favorite snack is some kind of Dorito chips. He is not fond of heights. Favorite school subject is History with sports as his favorite activity. He also plays football and was on the sidelines for several games this fall with an injury but has made his way back onto the field playing both offense and defense. In Jake’s spare time, he likes to fish, hang out with friends and play basketball. Country…lots of it…is on his playlist. Future plans include going to college, play basketball and end with the goal of becoming a PT or athletic trainer. Sky diving is on Jake’s bucket list as well as a trip to Hawaii.
